Your parcel travels under the retail partner’s rules — here is what that means in practice.
When you press “Shop Now”, checkout opens with our retail partner — the same sealed multi-packs, picked, packed and shipped from their warehouses. Payment, delivery and tracking all run through their system, under their published rules.
Exact delivery windows, shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are set by the retailer and shown at checkout before you pay — they depend on your address and the delivery speed you pick. Standard delivery across the mainland U.S. typically lands within a few business days; faster options are offered where the address allows.
The retailer emails a tracking link the moment the carrier takes the parcel, and the order page keeps the live status. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan — an empty tracking page on day one is the scan running behind the truck, not a lost package.
Deliveries reach all 50 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes tend to land at the far end of each window, occasionally a day past it.
